Caroline's First Tee Ball Game

The morning of Caroline's first tee ball game was gorgeous. The sun was shining and it was quite warm. I even got a little sun from it! Caroline was so cute running the bases for warm up and heading out to the field. After her first at bat though she became bored and it was very clear that time was running out on her interest. The coach also saw this and put her on the pitchers mound with him but she had had it. She came off the field a couple of times saying she was bored, she wasn't getting to play etc.It just wasn't fast paced enough for her. Sadly, at the end she was crying so she didn't want to slap hands with the other players. We chatted about this and hopefully next week will go better. It was definitely fun watching the kids and they all did so well. No Bad News Bears action here! :)
