End of Dec 2016

We finished December off with a bit of relaxing, a bit of playing with our new toys, a snowstorm, and a New Years Eve celebration!

Christmas 2016

What a Christmas! This was the first year of hunting down the hottest gift of the year and phew, did we put a lot of effort into it :) The kids got everything they wanted and more. I accomplished my goal of crocheting Caroline her mermaid tail blanket as well. The kids had a ball, which in turn meant we did as well. George was a bit under the weather when he woke up but he pushed through the day like a champ. We enjoyed our Christmas dinner with family and then all crashed!

Xmas Eve 2016

Christmas eve is always a flurry of activity. Making sure we get everything done and leave plenty of time for fun! We went over to Nana and Grampy's house for some appetizers and then came home and got ready for Santa to come and visit! :)

Middle of Dec 2016

Gearing up for Christmas with lots of baking and decorating for gifts for our friends and teachers. We also received some great goodies from the kids. One of our favorite things during December is our video from Santa that the kids receive, always makes for a magical time. The kids went sledding with Connor and Adam, George's first time and he wasn't too keen on it. Then we brought our gifts to the local Secret Santa and Toys for Tots. Our favorite part of the holidays, giving to others!
