Swimming in Florida!

So, I just realized that I had an extra 119 pictures on my other camera that I hadn't uploaded. Most are from Disney and the second half of our trip, but there were a few from the first day swimming and I wanted to include them. Alan and I headed out to the store the first morning and got some swimmies for Caroline and some sand toys for a beach trip and when we came back the water was warm and it was time to swim! Since the last post was VERY picture heavy, figured I'd create a new post. Here are the kids enjoying the pool. George loved the pool, mostly if he was laying on his back floating and near the jet that provided the heated water ;) Caroline, as always, was a little mermaid and loved the water!

Florida Vacation Part 1!

We set out for Florida Saturday, Jan 31st. Everything was packed and we just sat and paced the house until noon so we could get going. George refused to nap so we took the scenic route so he could catch a quick snooze. We arrived at the airport and the kids did great with security, boarding, etc. We ate lots of snacks on the plane and tried to keep them occupied as much as we could. Caroline was content and George was pretty good. We got complimented on the kids from other passengers so it must have been decent :) We arrived in the evening and had an hour drive back to Nana and Grampy's house but the kids were such troopers! I don't think we got them into bed until 9:30/10:00! The next couple of days were spent relaxing and enjoying the pool, the canal, and the warmth!

 So excited!!!

Week in Pictures 1/25

Time to play catch up again! We've been in Florida, with over a 1,000 pictures to share, but first we have to go through our last week before vacation. Lots of snow, again, from blizzard Juno to clean up and then packing and prepping for our vacation.
