Week in Photos

March is proving to be a busy month for us! Besides the typical spur of the moment things to do, we are busy with heading back to gymnastics, gearing up for a certain little someone's third birthday, and anticipating spring.
This week we headed to back to gymnastics and Caroline hadn't missed a beat. Loving every minute of it. Then we headed down to Kittery and did some shopping for Caroline's Summer wardrobe with Nanny. A little lunch afterwards and we were pooped! Daddy and Mommy battled colds, par for the course when Caroline was sick the week before! Then Daddy took Friday off and we headed out to try our hand at professional pictures of Caroline again. Last time we tried we got the "Grumpy Tutu" picture when she was one! This time was a little better! No tears but she wasn't really feeling being away from Daddy and in front of the photographer! A little lunch afterwards at Red Robin, where Caroline demolished another entire burger, a carousal ride and an orange lollipop made that day complete for Caroline! :) Oh, and last weekend we went to the boat show and lunch. Caroline was ALL about running around in her brand new life jacket and going in and out of every boat. The star of the boat show indeed :)

We finished it in 30 minutes and she did a lot of it herself!

after putting ice on my knee she had to lay next to it to make it feel better :)

Fashion Show

The other day we had a little fashion show of dresses and outfits from last year and some that should fit for this year. Caroline got right into it, whereas in the past she has not been a fan. She would go into her closet and pretend to put matching shoes on. You'd hear little whispering as she'd get ready. Then she found real shoes, sunglasses, purses, etc. to accessorize with! We had lots of fun!

Friday Photos!

Well hello there March! I hope you bring warmer weather and less snow than February did! Here was our last week of February in pictures. Caroline was under the weather most of the week and there was a constant threat of more snow that really never came so we stayed home besides a quick visit to the doctors office. She had a sore throat for one day, one throwing up incident the next, a fever throughout but all in all not bad. No coughing, sniffles etc. She fought the virus pretty well and seems to be on the mend. That's what happens when you have playgroups and birthday parties the week before!

 It is VERY dark, but you can listen. Every night Caroline becomes something and we put her to bed

as whatever she is. She sleeps in a bear cave, a barn, a prairie dog hole etc.

This was after watching The Little Mermaid. She swam to bed and we made her a tail out of a blanket, her top and the big blanket was the water covering her. Evenings are always quite interesting and fun :)

 She was fine most Tuesday and then woke up from her nap like this. 

Barely would move and would hardly talk. We should have know what was coming!

Bounce Zone Bday Party!

I was going to include this in the Friday picture post, but there were just WAY TOO MANY pictures this week :) So, I'll divide it up. Last Saturday we went to the Bounce Zone to celebrate our friend Rusty's 3rd birthday. The first time we ever went to the Bounce Zone was his 2nd birthday. Look here for some pictures. My how our little one has grown this past year! She surprised us with how well she did last year and this year she was all over everything all by herself!

 She's still really tiny up there and this isn't even the tallest slide from last year!
