Beginning of Nov.

The beginning of November was all about getting a hang of things. It's funny how one incident and 24 hours of something different can derail a train. So, each day was a little different as Caroline healed. We worked on getting her better for school (she went the day after her first cast was placed / 8 days post op). Of course, her first day back at school George stayed home because he was sick :P

she wanted to show her the 7lbs of candy she was donating to the troops!

We showed up at school for Friday Morning Meeting, but

first we needed to cut some sleeves :)

This was her friend Roxy who stopped by for a visit and was the first to sign

her splint :)

After she got her cast she and I hit Friendlys!

We realized eating a sundae with only one hand is difficult, 

so I had to hold the dish while she ate :)
