After Caroline's nap we hit the pool for a quick dip. We had dinner plans to meet family later on at Damon's in Myrtle Beach, but we wanted to make sure to get in the pool every chance we could! The lazy river and some of the kid's pool activities were closed for re-tiling but we still had a lot of fun. This first time Caroline wanted Daddy nearby, but she wanted to be in her own float. By the end of the week she didn't want us near her at all and was swimming and floating all by herself like a pro!
Afterwards, we headed to dinner and had ice cream afterwards at a place I used to go to when I was younger. Of course, we took no pictures, ugh! But, we had a great time seeing family, Aunt Sue & Cousin Gina, and enjoyed our ice cream immensely :)
She wasn't big on walking under the splashing water so she put goggle on :)
As she laid there she said, "This is the life"
Yup kiddo, it is :)
