As we rounded the corner from Cinderella's caste into the area where we would find most of the rides and things that Caroline would most enjoy we happened upon a very short line for Merida, from the movie Brave. Caroline and I love this movie and I had heard that meeting her could be difficult because the lines were long, there were no fast passes, and she took lots of breaks. I would later learn that the off season meant there wasn't that long of a await regardless. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes? Definitely our longest princess wait and our longest wait at Disney for anything. She ended up taking a 5 minute break just as we were ready to enter her area, but it was worth it. Caroline loved meeting her, she had such a good time and Merida was so much fun and really took her time with Caroline. It was definitely one of the best princess meetings and a great "first' experience. Merida asked Caroline if she was a trouble maker (part of the movie) and Caroline just giggled. So she and Merida talked about getting into trouble but Merida had her beat since she turned her mother into a bear. She ended the meeting kissing Caroline on the forehead and leaving her lipstick print on there, which we didn't remove until....???
This was Caroline's 1st meet and great
and experience with the professional photograhers
they have there to take pictures for the Memory Maker
Package so she was a little shy with them, but did awesome.
Seriously? I think they're kindred spirits :)
