Caroline's "Rapunzel" Party

Sunday morning we threw Caroline a Rapunzel party, from one of her favorite movies, "Tangled." I was up early getting things ready to finish the cake and Caroline walked down and saw most of the decoration up. It was like Christmas morning with the surprise and amazement in her eyes! We put the finishing touches on everything and then got ready for our guests. The kids had lots of fun. We decided to do party games this year since they are the perfect age for them. We did pin the "Pascal" on Rapunzel, a pinata, and a "Get Tangled" game. We also put up a drawing wall so the kids could keep busy in between drawing. In the movie Rapunzel occupied her time painting. I will have lots more of the details on my food blog, but here are the pictures of the kids having a blast.

Even George was all smiles for the big day

No, he did not sit up like this, Alan propped him up 

but we will definitely need to lower that crib ASAP!

George slept the ENTIRE party! He woke up just as the first guests were leaving.

To make things fair, every kid pulled a string at the same time

Which meant that none of the strings they grabbed would work

and Daddy would have to pull the final one :)

 Caroline said she would nap in her new castle tent with her new sleeping bag

but we weren't fooled :)

...and we couldn't blame her either!

All of the birthday festivities are over. 

Our little girl is officially 4!
